Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
ApplySathi is committed to transparency in billing and refunds. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when refunds are available, how cancellations work, and how refund requests are handled.
2. Refund Eligibility
- One-time purchases (e.g., credits) may be refundable within 7 days if not used — subject to verification.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Refunds for subscriptions are handled as described below.
- Refunds are only issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time from their account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
- To cancel: open Account > Membership > Cancel Subscription.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time to reflect in your account depends on the payment method and bank/processor.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Usage-based credits already consumed or services already delivered.
- Refund requests made after 30 days for subscription renewals (unless required by law).
- Unauthorized charge claims must be reported promptly and will be investigated.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket at Contact Us or email info@tinkerism.in.
- Provide your account email, transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
- We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and respond with next steps.
7. Payment Gateways and Compliance
We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay). Refunds are processed through the same processor and subject to their terms. For gateway approval, we adhere to transparent refund timelines and dispute handling.
